Beginners' courses
The beginners' course usually consists of two sessions, each providing ample opportunity for personal practice followed by guidance and discussion. Groups of 5-15 participants meet for a total of 6 hours.

- Scientific research, and the psychology of meditation

Free introductory seminar
Learn the main principles of Acem Meditation, how the technique differs from other forms of meditation, and scientific research on results. Ask any question you might have. You are welcome to learn Acem Meditation by taking the Beginner's Course just after the seminar or at a later time. See separate box for registering.
